  • Valuation of remainderman interests in properties in Minnesota, Alaska, Oklahoma City, Denver and other locations.
  • Valuation of a partnership interest in the Chrysler Building, New York City.
  • Valuation of properties surrounding McCarran Airport in Las Vegas affected by zoning regulations.
  • Valuation of the Baltimore Sun printing plant, Baltimore.
  • Valuation of television and movie studios and record recording studios.
  • Valuation of Mayfair Mall, Milwaukee, and Ridgedale Mall, Minneapolis, and other regional malls throughout the country.
  • Valuation of Summerlin a planned unit development consisting of over 10,000 residential housing units, a regional mall site and several exisiting shopping centers, Las Vegas.
